Small excavator leveling operation steps
1. Roughly leveling
First observe the ground that needs to be leveled, visually detect the high point and location of the ground, then find a reference point at the high end of the ground, and level from the high place to the low place. Dig up the soil above the reference point, fill it in the low-lying area, and visually check it is roughly flat.
2. Fine leveling
Lower the boom of the excavator slightly, the stick is perpendicular to the ground, and the range of motion of the stick is about 45 degrees. The bucket is opened so that the bucket mouth and the second arm are basically in a horizontal state. After the bucket touches the ground, retract the second arm and lift the big arm, and pull the soil back; after repairing the width of one shovel, move the fuselage one by one in order to complete the leveling.
3. Check for omissions
After the fine leveling is completed, the individual high points or low points are leveled according to the specific situation, and finally the entire site is leveled.
Matters needing attention when excavator leveling:
1. The body of the small excavator should be leveled
Generally speaking, if the excavator is to be leveled, the machine position must be leveled first, which is very important. When leveling, do not dig randomly, first dig out the thicker soil above. Remember not to dig so deep that you will have to backfill again. The key points of manipulation and leveling: the teeth of the bucket and the arm of the bucket are basically the same, or it can be brought closer. Don’t retract the middle arm too hard, don’t raise the big arm too fast, and the bucket basically doesn’t need to be moved when leveling. When digging the first section, you should pay more attention to it, because after you see it, you will have an elevation, and it will be sorted out in order of one bucket after another. When digging to a stone, remember to bounce some soil and dig it in a lower position.
Second, the eyes must live
The essentials of eye-leveling: When the leveling distance is about ten meters, if the soil in front is higher than the soil behind, it must be higher. From far to near, if the soil behind is a little higher and the front is lower, it should be almost flat. If it is flat from far to near, it should be higher and higher. If you look from far to near, if the distance is low and the front is high, it may be at least 20 to 30 centimeters higher. In the middle of the excavator station, the soil on both sides is recovered little by little, and leveling is as simple as that.
It is to see where is high and where is low, and where to put the soil. It must be considered holistically. When you come down and take a look, you will know the injustice, and see where the injustice is. Then you go back to the car and observe slowly and you will find that uneven places are different from peaceful places. Level it up and look at it after you’re done. Generally, it’s fine. Another point is that you must not dig deep. Finally, when there are about 10CM left, use this action to make the bucket and the ground at a vertical angle. You can put the soil ditch in front of you, the place closest to the car, then back up the car, dig again, and repeat these actions.
3. Select the surrounding reference objects
